教学目标:

1.通过复习能熟练运用词汇:grandpa, grandma, father, mother, brother, sister, me

2.能在日常生活中熟练运用句型:This is

3.能听懂并会唱Family song

4.能听懂、会说、会读句型:Good evening

5.能表演Cartoon的对话。

6.懂得爱护动物,与动物和平共处。

教学重点:能在日常生活中熟练运用句型:This is…;能表演Cartoon的对话。

教学难点:能表演Cartoon的对话。

教学过程

Before class:Enjoy a song(Finger family)

Step 1 Lead-in

1.Greeting

THow are you today? S:I’m fine. Thank you. And you?

T:I’m fine too.

  1. Play a game

    T:B/Gs,do you like playing games?

    Ss:Yes.

    T:If you see a picture or a word,you can use this is to introduce. Are you ready?

    S:Yes.

    T:Ready,go!

    Step 2 Revision

    1.T shows Mike’s family members and review the words: father, mother, brother, sister, grandpa, grandma

    T:B/Gs,you are so clever in the game.Next well going to meet a family. Do you still remember Mikes family?

    T: Who are they in Mikes family?

    T&Ss:This is Mikes father/mother/brother/sister/grandpa/grandma.

    TWow,you have a good memory.

    2.Ask Ss to act Mike and introduce his family.

    T:B/Gs,you see Mike has a big family.Now,who can be Mike and introduce his family. S1&S2:OK.This is my family......I love my family.One sticker for you.

    3.T:B/Gs,you know there are seven people in Mikes family. They all live together.

    They all love one another.( Teach:live together,love one another.)

    Step 3 Presentation and practice

    1.Sing a song( Family song)

    T:In Mikes family,they all love each other.For Miss Duan,I want to sing a song for my family to show my love. Would you join me?

    Ss:Yes.

    T: Oh,yes.Im so glad to hear that. First,lets listen. What can you hear from the song?

    S:Father,mother,brother and sister.

    T:Anything else?

    S:They all live together.They all love one another.

    T:Great. You are good at listening.

    T:B/Gs,lets read this song together.

    Ss:OK.

    T:Now lets try to sing.(T shows the video.)

    T:B/Gs,you can sing very well. And your father and mother will be very happy if they hear this song.

    T:Look,heres a love tip for you. We should pay attention to the spoken language and written language when you are learning English.

    2. Watch and answer

    T: B/Gs,we know Mikes family from story time,and we sing a song for our own family.,then we will meet some new families today . And they are on the way.

    T:Lets watch the cartoon and answer the question:

    How many families are there? S:Three

  2. Read the dialogue and find the answers

    T:Yes,youre right. Who are they? Please open your books,turn to page 27.Try to read and find.

    S:Bobby and Bobbys mother. Sam and Sams father. Coco and Cocos mother.

    T:How do you know? Can you read the sentences?

    Ss: This is my mother. This is my father. This is my mother.

    4.T:And when do they meet?

    Teach “Good evening”.

  3. Imitate the characters and read Good evening.

    T:Try to find Good evening from the story. Then please think of this question:how to read it for the three animals?

    Ss: Sam say Good evening happily.

    Sams father say Good evening with greedy.

    Bobby and his mother say Good evening with fear.

  4. T: How do Sam and Bobby feel when they meet Coco and her mother? Why?

    S:They feel puzzled and amazed. Because they look different.

  5. Imagine: What will you say if you meet Coco and her mother?

    S1:你们为什么长的不一样啊?S2,S3.

    B/Gs,we know Coco and her mother look different and this is interesting.And here are some pictures.Can you help these baby animals to find their mothers? Please have a try.

  6. Read the dialogue after the tape.

  7. Read together.

  8. Read and act the dialogue.

    T:I will give a model first.

  9. Read a new story “My family”.

    T:Is this story funny?

    Ss:Yes.

    T:How do you think of the family in the story? S1,S2:They love each other.

    T:Lets try to read it together.

  10. T:Heres a video of the family,lets enjoy.

    T: What do you know from the video?

    T:From the video,we know animals and our human beings are good friends, they still have families.We should love animals.And we should coexist with animals peacefully.

    Step 4 Homework

    1.Read Cartoon timeafter the tape.www.17zuoye***

    2. Act out Cartoon time.

    3.Read the story My family. (in the files of class QQ group)
