教材分析

本课是第五单元Signs的第一课时，主要内容是Story time.本单元的话题是“公共标志”。教师在教学过程中要紧密联系生活实际，引导学生关注标识、讨论标识，做遵守公共法规和秩序的社会公民。

教学目标：

知识目标：

1.能听懂、会说、会读单词：signs, mean, litter, around, careful, restaurant, shopping centre, someone, floor, smoke, go in, take…into。

2.能听懂、会说、会读句型：What does it mean? It means…No littering/smoking/eating or drinking, Wet floor. You can’t…

3.能正确朗读、理解Story time。

能力目标：能运用所学的句型和日常用语进行交流。

情感目标：紧密联系生活实际，引导学生关注标识、讨论标识，做遵守公共法规和秩序的社会公民。

教学重点：

Step1. Warming up

Game：Yes and NO

T: Good morning, boys and girls. Let’s play a game. If it is ture. please say : Yes. If it is False. please say : No .

PPT依次出现图片或语句，学生判断，在游戏中渗透：No climbing、keep off the grass、No Photos、No eating or drinking 等标识图文。

Step2. Leading in

导入课题

a. No climbing, keep off the grass, No Photos, No eating or drinking. They’re signs. They mean different things. They can tell us what can we do and what we can’t do.

学习signs.

Where did you see signs before?

c.What do the signs mean?引入课文Let’s learn Unit5 Signs.
