Step I Warming up and revision.
1. Greeting.
T: Class begins .Good morning/afternoon, class.
Ss: Good morning/ afternoon , Miss Ye.
2.Revision.
T:What day is it today?
Ss:It’s……
T:What lessons do you have today?
Ss:We have……
T:What subjects do you like?
S1:I like……
T:When do you get up every day?
S2:I get up at……
T:On Saturday or Sunday,what do you usually do?
Ss:……
T:On Saturday,I usually go to the park with my friends.Do you want to go with me?
Ss:Yes,I do.
T:OK.Let’s go to the park together.Today we will have our new topic Unit4 Drawing in the park.Look at the blackboard,please.What can you see in this picture?

T:Yes,it’s a park.Read after me.

Step II Presentation.
1. Teach the words and phrases.
T:Very good.Do you remember what can you see in a park?
Ss:树、花、河、船等。
T:Yes,good job.But can you speak these things in English?
Ss:No,Ican’t.
T:Now,Mike and Tim can’t speak these things in English either.Let’s learn with them.OK?
Ss:OK.
T:Look at the screen.What can you see?
Ss:一棵树。
T:Yes,it’s a tree. (Teacher point the picture of tree and read :“tree”. Ss read the word after the teacher twice.)
(Use the same method teach the other words)
2.Try to make a chant.
T:Now,we all know how to speak these things.Let’s make a chant.OK?
Ss:OK.
(教师同学生一起完成chant部分的练习)
3.Story time.
T:Mike and Tim are going to the park too.Let’s go and have a look.Look at the screen,can you guess what are they going to do?
Ss:画画。
T:Yes,they are going to draw pictures.(教授draw)
T:Let’s guess can Tim draw them well?
Ss:No,he can’t.
T:Yes,he can draw the tree and these flowers well.Because it’s easy.(教授easy)
T:But he can’t darw the boat well.Why?
Ss:因为船很难画。
T:Yes,it’s difficult.(教授difficult)
T:Open your books,turn to page24.Let’s have a look what happen to Mike and Tim.
4.Read after the tape.
T:Read the setences after the tape and try to imitate the pronunciation and tune.
5. Work in pairs.
T: Act the story in groups. Then I will choice some groups to act.
